Upon approval and activation of the phone plan, the phone will be shipped via Fed Ex and the buyer will receive an email regarding tracking information. It will take 2-3 business days for shipping.
Returns:
Customer service is our utmost priority. We accept returns within 14 days of shipment, but first, the bidder MUST contact Kiwi Cellular to get the Return Authorization #. The return postage and information will come along with the shipment of the phone. You will simply need to fill out the return form and follow the instructions.
If the bidder does not get approved for a phone plan after winning the listing or simply changes his/her mind, Kiwi Cellular Inc will gladly refund the ebay fee.
