We only accept PayPal. We are located in Connecticut. All buyers with a shipping address in Connecticut must pay 6% sales tax. Return Policy
YouRenew accepts returns in accordance with the following terms.
Returns must be sent back within 30 days of the date that the item was delivered. For any refund, we need the auction ID #, the buyer’s Paypal email, and the name of the buyer so we can process it in our system. All parts and accessories must be sent back with the produce, including the box.
In order to initiate a return, please contact us via the Ebay messaging system with a comprehensive description of the problem with the device. Please include the auction ID# and your ebay username in any email communication to help us respond as quickly as possible.
Shipping
